かれこれ半年ほど続けていますが、効果のほどはよくわかりません。目に見えて「変わった！」というようなことはありませんが、必要なお年頃なので何となく続けているという感じです。お値段がそれなりにするので、いつまで続けようかな…と迷ってもいます。形状は細長い粒で特に飲みにくさは感じませんが、風味が苦手です。カメムシの匂いがします（笑）改善してほしいです。
