3インターネットの料理レシピのサイト上でよく見かける調味料だったので試しに購入してみました。率直な感想は牡蠣エキスと とんかつソースを足して２で割った感じから若干旨味を引いたような味がしました。正直あまり味わったことのない味でした。 私はあまり料理が上手ではないので肉野菜炒めなどにこの調味料を使ってもイマイチもうひと味足りない感じになってしまいました。 なのでこの評価ですが、料理が上手な方なら様々な工夫が出来る調味料だと思うので一度試してみてはどうでしょうか？0 people have found this review helpful.
