3ほかの白だしはかなり希釈しないと濃いですが、この白だしはそこまで濃くしょっぱくありませんので、薄口の料理で品よく仕上がります。味噌汁に使ったり、煮物に使ったりが多いですが、もう少し香りが強いほうがいいかなと思います。 あとベットボトルタイプなので、ボトル本体をプッシュしながら出すのですが、戻るときに甲高い「ピュウ～」という音が鳴ってうるさいのが玉に傷。0 people have found this review helpful.
