4私は昔から便秘気味、親も栄養が偏りがちで高血圧に糖尿病ということで始めた私の家族が最も愛用している青汁のヒトツです。 この青汁はとにかく値段が安い上に量が多く９０包も入っているので長持ちするし財布にも優しいので重宝しています。 便秘も以前に比べれば若干ですが解消されたし、父の血圧値も下がりました。黒酢やヨーグルトなど合わせて食し、この青汁の 効果だけでは無いのかも知れませんが全く飲まないよりかは飲み始めたほうが健康になれると思いました。味はというと若干粉っぽさはありますが抹茶風味であまり癖も無く、飲みやすい方かと思いました。粉っぽさが気になる方は水と薄めた後２,３０分程置けば若干粉っぽさが無くなるかと。0 people have found this review helpful.
