      母が飲んでいたので、私も飲んでいたのですが1年間飲み続けるとコレステロール値が下がりました。 飲み方はコップ一杯を常温のお水で飲むだけです。私は夜寝る前に飲んでいましたが、朝でも大丈夫です。 ただ、飲み始めはどうしても消化が良くなり過ぎることがあると思うので、夜から飲み慣れることをオススメします。 溶かすのは、牛乳や豆乳でも美味しくいただけます。

      安いし、牛乳でとても飲みやすく、子供も好きです。即効性はありませんが飲み続ければ、健康になれるかな、と思います。
