5前作から５年ぶり、通算９枚目のアルバム。 つまり９作品すべてが名盤とゆう、超ド級のモンスターバンドであるとゆうこと。 それも勿論すごいことなのだが、これだけの評価と売り上げを得ていてもなお、メンバーが変わっていないとゆう点。 トム・ヨークとゆうカリスマが居ながら、かれこれ２５年も一緒にやってこれるとゆうことは本当にすごい。 バンドにはもう一人の天才ジョニー・グリーンウッドもいるが、メンバー全員が曲作りに参加し、それぞれがマルチプレイヤーである点も重要か。本作はジョニーの影響が強くでているが、未だバンドが進化し続けられるのは、各メンバーが各々で活動しながら色んなものを貪欲に吸収し続けているからに違いない。レディオヘッドはこれからも楽しませてくれるぞ。0 people have found this review helpful.
