生地の食感もそうですがチョコとのバランスがとても良くて美味しいお菓子です。子供の頃から大好きで良く食べています。

パイ生地はパサつきもなく、ふわっとしていてクリームのコクとチョコレートの甘さと相性良しですね。
おやつ替わりに丁度良く、コーヒーや紅茶とも相性抜群です。
