      もともと姿勢が悪く猫背なうえ、事務系の仕事で一日中座っているので腰痛がひどかったのですが、 このポールで毎日ストレッチするようになってからは姿勢も少しづつ改善され、腰痛も軽減されました。 本家と同品質で価格は半分程度なのがよいです。
